Systems with mechanic coupling type Bauer have one extruded aluminum pipe with aluminium female and knuckle couplers smelted by gravity casting and a ring assembly with hooks and handles made in stamped and galvanised steel by immersion. It is easy to mount, joining the female coupler of one end to the knuckle coupler of the other end.
In the knuckle coupler we find a ring assembly formed by one hook fastener, one hook tightener and one fixing handle. We connect the hook fastener to the knuckle coupler, then we do the same with the hook tightener and with the handle we close the coupling.
This system closing is totally watertight thanks to an o-ring that is incorporated in the female coupler assembly that when we close the system it compresses.
